Remember, you want as I say FAB NOT FLAB.The good thing about this diet plan is that its not really a diet at all. Its just a healthy way of eating all the foods you love without the extra calories. Foods like Thai, Indian, Italian, Chinese, Mexican, Mediterranean and of coarse good old fashion English.This is part one of a three part series. So this is the firsts months diet plan, in which we deal with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Also we will tell you what you can and cannot drink.There can be no deviation from this plan, but if you stick to it you will, like me, drop the weight you need to. Plus you can drink up to a bottle of wine a day if you want, whether it is white, rose or red.REMEMBER, YOU DON’T HAVE TO DRINK.I am not a DR, health care worker or nutritionist.

Im just a normal average bloke who enjoys drinking ALCOHOL, eating healthily and like to keep myself looking good.My motto is LIFE, ENJOY IT WHY YOU CAN and I do. I am nearly 49, but look and feel at least 10 years younger, am full of energy and fit into all the SKINNY jeans I want.The thing is, it doesnt take much, just 15 minutes exercise a day and keeping hydrated.In the UK alone there are 11 million people on diets at any one time, of which 80% will fail.

Remember, dieting success relies on your state of mind, and my way you will not feel deprived of anything.Ok, you may miss out on sugary quick fix treats, but thats a good thing. They only boost your energy levels for a short while then send them crashing back down to lower than before.Where as HERBAL TEAS are not only excellent natural energy boosters, cleansers and general all around good guys, they also give you the hydration you need throughout the day.Once youre where you want to be, you can have all the naughty things you liked before.

But by then youll be able to keep yourself in check and not let it get the better of you again.Im no saint, and I love indulging, especially when on Holiday, at Christmas or when eating out and can easily put on half a stone.But thats no problem, because I know that eating and drinking this way the rest of the time will quickly get me back in shape without any effort.Enjoy LifeDovey
